"Over & Above service."

I am a brain injured tenant living in a flat managed by RSK.
5 days ago my radiator had a leak that I was unaware of until my neighbour contacted me to say the leak was showing on his ceiling. Then 5 days later an inside door to my son’s bedroom had locked itself with myself or my son unable to open the door due to a faulty door mechanism.
The immediate reaction and support from Rianna and her team without any standstill time, provided for me an Over & Above level of service & support that would have caused me a lot of anxiety as a brain injured person would feel.
Thank you Rianna and team.

"Maria has been my property manager for…"

Maria has been my property manager for over four years and I find her friendly and professional and nothing is too much trouble I am sure she is happy to contact me with any news about my property.

As a landlord that lives far away from my property I am confident that it is left in her very capable hands and as the offices are close to my Property I am sure this helps Maria to keep on top of any issues.

Due diligence was crucial when I chose RSK to be my letting agent Maria hasn’t let me down yet. Does Maria have time for me? Yes. Does Maria fill me with confidence? Yes.

When i first handed over the keys to my property, Maria made me feel confident with her excellent local knowledge and contacts.

Not all letting agents are equal but Maria has dealt effectively / decisively and characteristically with all my needs for the property to date, from dealing with leaky taps to boilers not working, I cannot thank her enough, communicating exactly what the Issue is and even finding local resources to fix the issue. As already stated I am 250 miles away and rely totally on her knowledgeable judgement, which I am happy to do, time has taught me it is the best way especially with current litigation and changing rules
every week.

Maria has always got the right tenants for me. Maria takes excellent care of any maintenance / property issues that have arisen.

RSK have always pay my rental money on time.

"Disappointing experience and waste of time"

I had bad experience with this letting agency (Acton branch), just waste of time. After the viewing of the property I was trying to make an offer. The agent requested the offer details on the phone, not even sending any application form to complete. At the end she requested for my bank card details with security code. I refused to provide this information as I feel uncomfortable sharing this details over the phone with the agent. I was trying to make an offer, it wasn't even reviewed and accepted yet. So why do I need to provide my bank card details straight away??? I tried to have further communication via email explaining my position and that I am happy to make a payment of the holding deposit to the bank account that they provide as soon as my offer is accepted. But they refused to pass my offer to the landlord. I doubt this agency is professional one if they treat their applicants like this. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone. The last message I received from them is quoted below,

"...As I mentioned in my previous email we would not formalise your offer without card details as we need to ensure our client is protected by serious applicants.
The reason for taking card details is to show our client your commitment, without card details unfortunately we see applicants as not being fully committed. and makes us look extremely unprofessional if applicants offer on a property we go ahead and work tirelessly to get below asking price offers when we return back to applicants they have either changed their mind or no longer interested which unfortunately puts us in a difficult position.
If in future you wish to proceed with renting any of our flats we would need card details or some form of financial commitment, alternatively in future you can transfer the holding deposit in our account and should your offer not get accepted in the future we would return your holding deposit in full if an offer is accepted this would contribute to one months rent in advance and 5 weeks deposit..."

RSK have been managing our property for over three years and have consistently done a fantastic job of finding us great tenants, attending quickly and efficiently to any challenges and a particular call-out to Daisy who always keeps us informed and updated and is generally brilliant, a real asset to RSK.

"Professional Property Management Service"

I'm a landord and very happy with Daisy who leads the property management team at RSK. She's very professional and always willing to go above and beyond. We've had one difficult issue in particular recently where she dealt very competently with multi technicians over an extended period of time, while having to manage the frustrations of the tenant.

This company- particularly Daisy has been amazingly helpful and empathetic towards myself and my flatmate! She ensures we are looked after and even though the contractor being used (not sure if it’s through them or the landlord) is not entirely the best, she follows up with us often and gets things fixed!
