I would like to recommend and thank Daisy Wills, Manager at RSK Property Management Team. I have a neurological voice disorder, Laryngeal Dystonia, which makes it difficult to speak on the phone. Daisy is very helpful, kind and patient when we do speak, which helps me a lot.

I am a tenant that lives in a flat the landlord is trying to sell. The agency is trying to sell the property and scheduling the viewings since August. And since August we have viewings everyday (except Sundays) some of them announced, some unannounced. Me and my flat mate have emailed both Carla and Cameron from Acton branch but they do not seem to get it right. Not to mention that Carla doesn’t even reply to emails. I have emailed her asking for an email to complain to somebody more senior since they can’t get it right but never got a reply ( hence my review maybe I can get a contact person). Agents showing announced with clients on a Saturday at 10:30am (today) even though we said we can do only between 1pm-3pm on Saturday but anytime on a weekday. We have been more than flexible as it seems they can’t seem to sell the flat even though they had more than 30-40 viewings in 8 weeks. And in this 4 weeks not only they had visited the flat without our consent but they also locked incorrectly the door and after an exhausting day at work I had to wait another 2h for a locksmith to open the door. Not to mention that they do the viewings and leave the lights on and FLAT DOOR open. I need an email/ form how to formally complain as the situation has become ridiculous. I will leave a review on every single site possible if the situation is not getting solved. The Property Ombudsman will be the next step.

Rude staff who will not listen to a legal matter go ahead and sell property anyway. And then threaten you with the police.

After trying 2 estate agents in the Acton area for a few months with no luck selling my flat, I gave RSK a chance, and they sold it before it was even live on their website. Very positive experience, and Luke Heaps from the Acton office was superb, always kept me up to date and was always contactable. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

"(Case Settled) Non-guaranteed permit parking only with rental property advertised with allocated parking."

I was trying to rent a property in Acton, London that originally advertised with allocated parking space by Blair and Astle the RSK estate agents, and just found out that the property doesn't come with parking space upon signing the tenancy agreement.

I am very surprised that false information is being used to advertise the property especially renting an allocated private parking space with direct access to the flat would cost 200+ per month in such prime area.

Security deposit is taken, the issue is on going and will give further updates here.
