I have very bad experience with this letting company again. Ealing branch and Northfields.
In the Ealing branch, I went to view a property and they didn't send the offer letter.
In the Northfields, I did offer but they didn't take it seriously offer and the property has been gone
if you take universal credit or housing benefits they don't help you find a home. After I did complain months ago and spoke with the Manager director nothing has been changing. Still doing discrimination that is illegal by law.
I think is better to complain to the property ombudsman and

All I can say is never make a decision on price.

RSK were one of the first agents we spoke to and after trying lots of other cheaper agents we came back to RSK who got us the offer we wanted within a month - a big regret not to go with them from the start.

They're not the cheapest but they're professional, know the area, market and always have transparent conversations rather than playing any games. Carla in particular went above and beyond throughout our sales process, ensuring communication was being shared with all parties and helping find solutions to any issues that did arise.

If you're thinking about selling in the area then I wouldn't look any further than RSK!

I am writing my review here because at no point in my dealings with RS&K have they requested any direct feedback from me about their service. I hope this feedback is useful for them, as I think there are no major issues, just below average customer service. I am a property investor and was looking for a house to purchase.

Recommendations:
1. When qualifying a potential buyer, take the time to really understand them and their requirements, rather than just quickly booking them in for the property they have enquired about. Don't just scratch the surface but ask more questions to get the full picture.
2. When speaking on the phone, don't rush people off as if you're in a hurry, make them feel like you're listening and have the time for them.
3. When sending emails with property options, make sure they fit within the criteria
4. When sending emails, don't put the words "as discussed" when we have never discussed those things
5. Make sure that you are aware of the access arrangements ahead of time to ensure we can get into the property
6. Make sure that you are booking people in to see the correct property - if there are two properties available on the same road, make sure you are showing the correct one
7. When showing a property, be prepared with the relevant information, especially when you know it's an investor looking for a buy to rent, it would be prudent to have more information about the rental market in the area. If the property was rented previously or is currently let, have this rental information to hand.

"Residential lettings with RSK"

I have been letting my flat for over five years with RSK lettings in Northfields. In the last two years my property has been managed by Maria who has done an outstanding job. She has always kept me informed of any issues with the property and actively checks that any works are carried out to an appropriate standard. Recently, while in the process of selling the property she has been instrumental in ensuring the tenants were happy to have viewings and then negotiate an end of tenancy date once a price had been agreed. Would recommend this lettings agency.
