"Rude agents and unprofessional management"

If you’re looking for honest, professional estate agents, Northfields office is not the right place. They didn’t show up in the property viewing, they didn’t informed us even we called them twice, they made us wait outside 40min and funniest part is they tried to blame us about that. Their excuse was the agent was inside the property and we should knock the door. But even I called them nobody told me to knock that door nor informed their agent about us waiting outside. Really unacceptable manner they have. Just waste of time.

With regards to a rented property, I have dealt with Maria Gibbs in the property management team and have always found her to be professional, courteous and helpful. When busy/not available, she always follows-up with a return p/call and deals with issues in an honest and equitable way that works for both the L/lord and tenants.
