Avoid! Refund promise is a sham!!!! The size was wrong - they say they offer a 60 refund or exchange but when I entered my order details on their refund page it says 'order not found'. I have emailed and messages several times and they just don't respond.

Don't order from this company, it's rubbish, customer service is appalling. Sizes are way off. A 4XL is about a L/XL in normal sizing.

"DV Red Circle Half Finger padded cycling gloves"

I bought the DV Red Circle Half Finger Gel Padded Cycling Gloves because I thought they looked nice. I prefer gloves without Velcro. They are a good fit, I normally buy Large and I’d say these are a standard large size. However, they are a little tight to put on and take off. Overall very happy with the quality and price though.

"Poorly placed chamois"

I purchased the women’s cycling underwear briefs, the shape of the brief fitted okay but the chamois was in the wrong area of the briefs with no padding under my sit bones or other contact areas on the saddle. Instead all of the padding sat high across my butt and the not where it was supposed to be. It was the most uncomfortable mtb ride ever and I have been cycling for 20 years.

So disappointed! Purchased off this company previously and was very happy. Ordered the same size jersey again and wasn’t made aware until after paying that this company has moved production to China! Subsequently the jersey I received is one to two sizes too small and quality is as you’d expect! So sad as these used to be quality garments. Can’t return as cut off tag and popped in drawer until pulled out to wear for first time today. $80 down the drain! Jersey is headed for the Op Shop bin!
