"Tour of Aotearoa jerseys with a smile"

Kiwis living in NZ my brother and I order a couple of octopus jerseys each just before Christmas with personalised side bands for the tour of Aotearoa in February. Delivery was early January and the gear was awesome, wouldn’t hesitate on recommending these guys enough, they also threw in a pair of socks to boot. Good service , good price and quality products .

Places order for 6xl shorts, order confirmation came through for xs. 30 minutes after ordering emailed to inform them of the error but they said that the order cannot be changed and would have to cancel the order which I then requested to cancel for a refund but they sent the wrong size anyway. Finding return details is a real pain! Not the way to run a business! Order ref: OCG65276

Great product! Smokey Bear jerseys were well made with beautiful saturated color. Was able to customize zipper pockets which was awesome. Had an issue with the Asian sizing, but OCC took care of it. Excellent customer service. Will definitely shop here again!

"No returns in the US"

Shipping took 2 weeks. I got the items and the jerseys fit but the shorts were too tight and you could see through them. I wanted to return them and they said no problem we can send you the correct size. I explained that they should be the correct size because it is the size I wear in all my other cycling shorts, however these were too tight and see through. It took about 45 days and me sending about 6 emails to get a partial refund. It is more time than I want to spend on this type of order.

I wouldn’t purchase off this site if from Australia. Check out their warranty section and they deny any warranty for whatever reason, this is not permitted under Australian consumer law.
