I have bought two short sleeve shirts and a long sleeve jersey from OCG. All are of great quality. The long sleeve was too big and I have had similar experiences as others have regarding returns. Emails/phone messages not answered. The best way to contact them is via their website (their returns portal does not work) and send a message under help/contact us. Eventually I got a return message, a link to a new invoice (you pay 20% only and keep the original to give away). All worked well in the end and I would use them again as their range is so good.

"I am feeling ghosted"

I ordered some jerseys and they were nice just did not fit my female hips; so I contacted OCG as there is no paperwork in the package. I was told I can return within a time window and there would be a 20% restocking fee to take back. (I wish that would have been highlighted - I ordered several.) Over 2 weeks from my contacting them I am still waiting for a return label, which they told me I needed.

"Incorrect item, unable to contact"

They sent the wrong sized item (female medium instead of male medium) and are not responding to phone or email.
They have a dedicated returns portal but it does not recognise my order number.

"Bad customer service…"

Received a pair of knicks which turned out to be too large. I sent a message via the web site and was advised I could get a smaller pair. It has now been two weeks and customer service has not answered my emails and their phone has no one answering it, I left a message again no reply.
Don't know how they deal with customers when no communications seem to get through.

Further to the above today 27th Dec 2023, OCG has finally provided another pair of knicks of a different size which I can say fit very well. I am now happy.

Great quality true to fit . I’ve bought 3 sets from OCG and just ordered 2 more bib sets. Really legit company. Shipping takes 20-28 days for me.
