Excellent customer service, even with our time zone difference! The product however had s couple quirks. The men’s shirts with sleeves were fine for the most part. Sleeveless shirts were usuallly too large, especially for the women. Colors were fantastic!

Historically OCG have provided great products. Unfortunately they are now using 3rd rate couriers, customer service is non-existent through any channels.

The website promises 2-5 business day production and I paid for express shipping, ONLY after placing the order did I find out it is now an offshore business. There is no chance of meeting the quoted production and delivery time, the order has not been made yet, no response to emails. I suspect a number of the 5 star reviews are not genuine.

I have always received great customer Service from OCG. Concerns are alway addressed. I used their new customized service and my Jerseys and bib tights turned out better than I expected. Augie their customer service person is great to work with, I cannot say enough good things. If your on the fence order just one Jersey, you will be back for more. Thanks OCG!!!

I am a 69 year old Disabled Vet who had a full knee replacement. Part of my Professional Rehab includes the stationary bicycle. The seat was not comfortable. The bicycle shorts I got from you guys did the trick. VERY Satisfied, Thanks!

"Sizes closer to North American than most Asian products"

The shirt looks good but a Large was a bit too baggy for me. I normally wear a North American Medium, but given the sizing guidance given on the OCG website I chose a Large. It's a bit too big. Fits fine but looks a little baggy. The mushrooms look great though.
The other thing is it took a very long time to arrive. I ordered a number of bicycling shirts from this vendor and others, and this one arrived after all the others, 3 weeks later than the first one.

"Birthday gift"

Ordered a cycle top for my grandson for his birthday he loved it, only downside was it took 17 days to arrive, if needed for a special occasion order early
