"The worst"

Their microchips don't have essential information. I can't get a human being to relay my concern. Do not have your dogs/cats microchipped with them because they are the worst!

"Fraudulent and dishonest"

I bought the microchip from the vet and had it inserted. I paid the vet. Now smartrace wants me to BUY A PLAN (!!!) so that I can register my pet to the microchip number. That is fraudulent. This was not disclosed when I paid the vet for the microchip and the insertion fee.
