"Do not buy a TurboAnt"
Do not buy a TurboAnt - beware. Horrible customer service and they refuse to fix the issues. Received pro7 in July 2022 and have had issues within 3 months with throttle, controller, and battery. After dealing with support for months they finally sent controller then throttle and we were able to fix it but then in another few months, scooter stopped turning on. After months of back and forth and their promise to fix they are wiping their hands clean and now stating it’s outside the year warranty - it is outside the warranty bc of how long it takes to deal with them over email to troubleshoot and order parts they recommend which in turn doesn’t fix the problem. We have looked at every possible scenario since March 2023 -for 6 months and now they tell me it’s the new battery that’s defective which its fully charged then they tell me it could also be an issue caused by the new controller and throttle and they still aren’t helping. Our jetson had similar issues with throttle and even after warranty they sent me a new bike. This is unacceptable. I have spent hundreds of dollars with bike repair and new $230 battery and 6 months dealing with them on a scooter we barely road and paid $699 for.
TurboAnt it was in warranty until I started dealing with your support team to troubleshoot. You clearly state in your email the issues could be related to the previous issues but you won’t help fix or provide a shipping label (like every other manufacturer does including jetson). You now say the new $230 battery could be defective and the charger may now be the issue so all you are doing is having your team give me the run around. What you should be doing is providing me with a shipping label and a refund on every thing I have bought based on your recommendation considering we have been dealing with support longer than we have owned/rid the scooter. Unacceptable.

One of my co-workers has the older model of the TurboAnt Max7 and it is a fantastic scooter with good speed and battery life. The new version seems even better which is why I considered the TurbotAnt Max7.

"Faulty Product & Horrible Customer"
Ordered an M10 scooter and received a faulty product that shuts itself off after 10 seconds of riding. I attempted to have the faulty scooter replaced within the first 30 days, but TurboAnt instead just sends me YouTube videos to examine one part at a time. Essentially, they want the owner to fix their products if they arrive with issues. Do not purchase from this company unless you're mechanically inclined and own a multimeter for QA testing their products.

At the same time, it will be appreciated if you can check the issue by following the steps:
1. Check if the wire connection between the battery and the controller is in good condition. Please see the video and the attached picture 1. How to open the deck-board and check it: (link here)
2. If the wire of the led display is well connected. Here is the video to check it: (link here)
3. Test the battery and charger voltage, which is the easiest way to help us confirm your issue.
A. Please follow the attached pictures to test the battery and the charger voltage after fully charging for 6 hours.
B. Please tell us if the charging light turns from red to green after 6 hours.
C. Could you please send us a picture and a video to show the testing result when you test the battery?
D. Besides, you are recommended to see if the Dc charging port on the scooter is loose.

The support team with Turboant was fantastic. I had a few problems with my V8, but they were very helpful in finding a solution. The scooter is performing great and is exactly what I need to commute. It is loads of fun to ride.
