After 6 rides the kickstand constantly fell off, bolts are in the wrong place, then the battery died, folding mechanism doesn’t stay in place,
Headlight is terrible.
They refuse to replace the battery wanting $160 for a new one!
Always excuses for their issues. I did my research I got the M10 which they discontinued probably due to all these problems? Now it’s an M10 lite or something!
They wanted me to pay for return shipping and find a box for it!
Had no issues with a GOTRAX, I sold it I regret it everyday!
The tires are now flat
I rode this about 8 times, kept it charged.
No drops, they ask me dumb questions?
If it’s a battery issue they should send a replacement free!
For the price of a battery, I may as well buy a whole new better quality scooter!
This is so disappointing!
