"My kids run wild with this scooter and…"

My kids run wild with this scooter and consequently we’ve replaced tubes, tires, wheels, throttle kit, charges —you name it— and every time I need a replacement part the staff has been quick to return emails and provided do-it-yourself videos to to help me switch out the part. Our X7 Pro gets a lot of wear and tear and the team at Turboant is always there to keep it running.

"I use the scooter as my commute scooter…"

I use the scooter as my commute scooter 1.6 miles to work everyday and everything has been very smooth, except ran into electrical issue but they sent me new display and brake handle, which was very nice of them and good instructions and I fixed everything!

"Bad experience"

I received this scooter this week and I already am having issues with it.

In my first non parking lot ride, the motor seemed to fail <1 mile from my residence. The battery was fully charged and the tires inflated.

After 1 mile, the throttle was no longer allowing me to accelerate over 6 mph at full speed (if at all) and the system (buttons) would not allow me to change the speed from the setting (medium) it failed on.

It took almost 10 minutes for both buttons to fully function again so I had to foot scooter back. I didn’t pay over $500 for a Razor…

"If you want a scooter that last long…"

If you want a scooter that last long without and random defaults happening don’t get this scooter. This scooter will have problems with the inner tube frequently without the outside tire have any problems. Also any bumps may miss up the folding feature( minds stop folding) and also if you buy anything on accident? They charge 8% even if it don’t ship.

"Updated Review of Turboant X7 Max Scooter Experience"

I initially had some concerns with my Turboant X7 Max scooter as it began to underperform within just 9 months of purchase, which was disappointing. When I reached out to Turboant for assistance, I was informed that it wasn't covered by their 6-month warranty, and they quoted a potentially high repair cost, which left me concerned.

However, I'm pleased to report that Turboant eventually addressed the issue and repaired my scooter at no charge. While I encountered a bump in the road initially, I appreciate that they ultimately took responsibility for the problem and resolved it without any additional cost.

It's great to see Turboant coming through to support their customers, and I'm now more satisfied with their service and their product. I believe it's important to acknowledge when a company takes action to make things right.

Thank you, Turboant, for your efforts in resolving the issue, and I'm looking forward to enjoying my scooter once again.

I have several other scooters also being I have a family of 9.. I'll have to say for the money. These are probably the best scooter investment I made.. for over a year now they've been reliable.. they're not the fastest nor do they go up hills very well. But flat areas, beach, etc. they do just fine..

"Electrical Issues"

I purchased the scooter in March 2023, and initially, my son used it for his daily 0.8-mile flat ride to school, and we were quite pleased with it. However, in July, the scooter began experiencing issues with starting and stopping, rendering it unusable for my son's daily commute. I reached out to customer service, and they suggested I check the battery and throttle, providing YouTube videos as guidance. Unfortunately, lacking the necessary tools and electrical expertise, I couldn't diagnose the problem myself.
After several back-and-forth exchanges with customer service, they ultimately advised me to send the scooter to their repair shop. Long story short, it took some time, but the scooter has been successfully repaired and is now in working order, allowing my son to resume using it for his school commute.

"Look I’m having a huge problem with the…"

Look I’m having a huge problem with the Turboant Pro X7. We paid 550 a year ago and the rear tire went flat right away. He’s in Providence and was unable to use it until I was able to fly out and find someone to repair the tire. I took it to Aviva bikes and they fixed the rear tire with the tire and tube we ordered from Turboant. He literally has had it back since Thursday and went for a ride and again the tire went flat. I just paid 550 for the scooter, paid for tube thru Turboant and paid $70 for the repair. Plus I flew in a day earlier in order to take care of this for him so he can have it for school. He went thru most of the year last year without it. I’m not sure what the problem is but I’m so upset about this and disappointed in the scooter. Turboant says could be his weight he is 230 (football player) and it calls for up to 275 pounds then they told me could be uneven sidewalks. Hole in the valve which was just purchased from Turboant brand new. I wish they would take responsibility for the lemon they sold us. They are taking advantage of a single mom. Not sure if I have a lemon but seems like I do. They should just send another to him! I am so upset!!

"Don't bother with this garbage of a…"

Don't bother with this garbage of a scooter. Biggest issue are the tires. I've had mine for less than 3 months with some casual riding and I've changed both tires like 5 times already! Definitely the result of poor quality and workmanship. Turboant recommends checking tire pressure etc which I did but still flat tires. Avoid at all costs. They just want to nickel and dime you by purchasing new tubes and tires each time. They also said we could buy hard plastic tires. What a joke.

"X7 pro scooter."

Although the scooter didn’t work for my situation, customer service (Frankie) was very helpful and allowed me to return it.
Unfortunately my commute to work starts out with a very long hill and the scooter struggled to gain much speed. I imagine if I had a level area to gain speed before hitting the hill it would have done much better. I will be looking for a dual motor scooter to conquer that hill. I would buy from them again. They do care about customer satisfaction.
