"I bought 2 scooters"

I bought 2 scooters Nov 2019 and recently talked and emailed pictures to customer service about purchasing spare parts, such as a front motor wheel and tires and they said they no longer support the scooters I purchased, so I’m out of luck. I spent over $1,000 USD and my scooters are obsolete. Very frustrating that Turboant will not support the product they sell with no notice prior to purchasing

"I've really enjoyed my scooter"

I've really enjoyed my scooter, i got the s7 max and it's been so much fun riding around everywhere, and even better is the warranty, I got a flat tire and it was covered the customer service was so helpful, 10 out of 10 would buy again

"It is likely the best budget electric scooter"

It is likely the best budget electric scooter you can get on the market. While not as fancy as the other scooters, it perfectly does what you would expect it to do: shorten commuting times so I have more ample time for everything else. My usual activity range also widened because of this purchase.

TurboAnt never provided my second battery despite attempts of communication - I ordered a scooter and spare battery as part of a bundle. I struggle with ADHD but now have medication and am prepared to follow up this issue.

"Excellent online customer support"

My sons scooter has had a few issues such as flat tires, another problem with the throttle and recently had an accident and the handle bars broke off from an impact. On each occasion TURBOANT support was contacted. I am very happy to say that each time they were very quick to respond and tried to figure out the best action needed to fix the scooter. After their diagnosis of the problem, they suggested the parts needed to repair the problem and sent instructional videos that showed how to do the repair at home. The videos are very helpful and the repairs were able to be made. The support team is very responsive and eager to help get the scooter back to working again. Thank you TURBOANT for all of your help.
