"Excellent follow-up policy"

I wrote to turboant 8!!! months ago asking if their scooters are available in the EU and 2 other detail questions. Their first answer 8 months ago was that they do not and they are sorry.

Now they wrote me a follow-up email on the matter announcing me that they have come to the EU!

I found all of this a lovely touch of care. Mrs Jane did a 11/10 job.

"Worst Customer Services Warrant of refurbished scooter "

I had a bit of a rough experience with a scooter I purchased for $400 in December of 2022. Unfortunately, the inner tube wouldn't hold air and I was unable to use it until I could get it fixed. Although I reached out to customer service, they always suggested that I handle the issue on my own. Eventually, I had to send it back almost a year later for another problem, even though I had only used it a few times. While they did send me a new inner tube for $15, I ended up losing my scooter in the process which they didn't fix. They then sent me a refurbished one, but it had a controller issue which meant that it wouldn't start. I had to pay $15 for the replacement part, which wasn't a lot, but I also had to pay $100 to have it installed. It took four months to receive the controller from them, which was frustrating. I don't think I should have had to pay for repairs on a refurbished scooter that they sent me, especially since it was out of warranty. Overall, it was a challenging experience, and I hope the company can improve their customer service for future customers. I doubt it though. Total for the install of the inner tube and controller I've paid almost $300 in dollars and so much time which is more valuable. I have an influx of people chimming into my page with similar stories.

The repair lasted about a day the scooter powered off on me completely. I drove it 8 miles to test drive it to my new job and cruise control speed kept lowering and then it powered off completely, it wouldn’t turn back on after I had to ride 2 buses back home

"(x7 max) Scooter"

I bought a scooter (x7 max) based on reviews I read. I later found out that a vast majority of them are fake reviews, they aren’t even legit. (I am in the process of getting everything reported due to the fact that I co own a company myself, I took this matter very personal)
Within a week, the throttle broke. I took it apart and was able to put the spring back into its position. It was a domino affect from there. The battery fell out one day and now it receives no charge at all. I have a $500 scooter that doesn’t work and hasn’t worked for the past couple of months. It’s been this, then that with this thing.
I should’ve returned the scooter within the first couple weeks but I didn’t and I have to live with the regret now because they’ve done nothing to assist in the issue and simply refuse to. The only thing they’ve offered me is to BUY NEW PARTS FROM THEM. Their warranties are bogus man. Their reviews are bogus. This company is sketchy. They refused to replace broken parts that are blatantly the manufacturers fault.
My nieces and nephew have $150 razor scooters that have held up for 3 years. Take my word for that.
Oh and try leaving an actual review on their website. Go ahead… You can’t.
I own a product of theirs and I don’t even have the option to constructively criticize it on their website.
They’re in violation of the Consumer Review Fairness act in that.
Kindness is my whole memoir but man I can’t say I feel that towards these people. If I had to describe one word with how I feel? Disrespected.
This is a company that does not by any means prioritize their customers.
PLEASE save yourself the time, money and trouble. There are genuinely way better scooter companies out there, I assure you.
