"Scooting me around"
These folks cannot take responsibilty for their claims. The scooter's batteries are weak and they won't replace them. The scooter barely goes 20 miles before needing a charge. I was expecting more since they claim 50 miles per charge. Since there are 2 batteries you would think it would go farther. I'm only 125 lbs and I drive on flat terrain Two trips of 3.8 miles on flat terrain and the batteries are more than halfway drained 3 bars left. They keep leading me on and making me jump through hoops like buying a multimeter to test the batteries which I did but the instructions were not correct. Also the wires were too difficult to reach. Then they tell me that the last four bars on the screen last the longest when this was not the case at all. They also told me to drain the battery the whole way down when in the manual it EXPLICITLY states that doing that ruins the battery completely and will not be under warranty. They keep deferring me to management and their response is always to jump through some hoop putting the blame on me. They sold me a lemon and won't take responsibility There claims of 50 miles per charge are way off base. It is simply not true. Not even close. I want to return it but they refuse to respond to my emails.

The service I received was very prompt after I sent my initial inquiry of a delayed order. I was provided possible explanations. I was asked to reply back in two days if the order still hadn't arrived and they would reship my order. Before I even had a chance to reach back out I was informed that they my initial order had been redone and had been sent new tracking information.

"Great customer service- repair part needed"
My scooter was damaged in a “crash” that bent the main handle bar tube where it connects to the scooter. I sent photos and a description of the damage. The customer service person (Jane) was very responsive, provided the correct part to repair, and a quote to buy it. The price was reasonable, and the process to order was very simple. The part had to ship from overseas, so it was about 2 weeks to get it. TurboAnt sent videos to clearly show how to make the repair, and now the scooter is back in service and like new. I had a great experience and have been pleased with TurboAnt.
