"Packages are left at the Knock depot…"

Packages are left at the Knock depot for days on end, mine is stuck there now for the 4th day already. This has happened with other packages as well!
Eventually after complaining my parcel was delivered, but since this is not the first time this has happened with our parcels getting stuck in Knock (including much needed cat food) I will leave this review until the next parcels will be delivered without interruptions!

A clueless phone agent who couldn't be more disinterested in resolving the issue, plus she didn't even thank me for informing them that I had the package. Beyond belief!

Utterly useless - filled with dread whenever online orders use this shower. Your stuff is dumped wherever is handy for them. Hope you have good neighbours! Delivery services need to be licensed to operate - would sort out the race to the bottom nonsense.

The gls delivery driver for my area is ryan, he is very polite and has great manners, he’s mindful to his customers. Over the Christmas period I had lots of Santa presents arriving on different occasions and ryan went out of his way to ring and make sure the kids wouldn’t come to the door or see what was being delivered. Very recently I hadn’t left my side gate open so ryan could put my delivery in the shed and it was raining he tried contacting me twice and when I didn’t answer he put my parcel in a bag and hung it over the gate so it wouldn’t get wet and it was out of sight when I’ve often told him just leave it at the door but he doesn’t he goes out of his way where as other companies would not do this. I’m very happy with the service ryan provides in my area
