Im ordering cat food on regular basis and same driver comes to us every time. His name is Ryan and he providing best service from all couriers in Ireland. He knows where to leave parcel when we are not around and keep it in safe place .. Fantastic service very reliable!

My package travelled through 5 EU countries without any issue and when it reached the GLS in Ireland, it was scanned in their warehouse, but they said that they didn't know where exactly it is! It took at least 2 weeks, after going back and forth with multiple emails, camera searches etc for me to able to finally receive my package. At the end of it I was glad I received my package, but was totally drained from the whole situation. I would absolutely avoid this company at all cost moving forward!

Why no 0 star? Even 1 star is too good for this company.
My parcel was showing 'out for delivery and will be deliverd during the day' so I stayed home all day because it's an expensive item. At 10pm, system changed to' the parcel could not be delivered as the consignee was absent'. What a joke, the fact is I was home with wife and kids. I have CCTV live recording 24/7 as well as video doorbell. There was nobody, don't lie to me!
