Got an email at 18.28 to say my package was delivered at 19.02 but no package . I had no choice on which service I got to deliver my package but I would never chose GLS and I will be informing the company I purchased from of my experience

Out for delivery and guess what no delivery this is an appalling service... I'm absolutely annoyed by this service I want to know when my package will be delivered?

Prompt and very accommodating delivery service! My package was due to be delivered while I wasn't at home to collect it, but John offered to hold onto it for me over the bank holiday weekend and deliver it the next day I was available which I really appreciated.

I contacted customer service via telephone and spoke with Jeorgia who very quickly and efficiently provided the info I was seeking. She kindly offered to email me proof of delivery which I received within 1 minute of the phone call ending. She was extremely helpful and made the process very straight forward. It provided great comfort and instilled confidence in this delivery service.

Order was out for delivery on Wednesday but I was not home to collect. I was in touch with Ian who was able to put my parcel on a special with Pastor and was delivered before midday. Couldn’t recommend GLS highly enough, service went above and beyond!

Should have given a zero if the option is there. Complete waste of space. The worst I've come across. Please stay away completely. You will regret doing business with them especially towards this seasonal period. Driver has my parcel in the van 2 days now and customer service agent said he couldn't be reached and there is nothing she could do. So rude.

Received a delivery today driver nearly took my door of the hinges rang the bell of the wall and shouted through my letterbox parcel wasent for me but he was in such a hurry he did not care .
So so rude deffo needs to go to charm school beware of this company stand with your door open to avoid damage to it

You are the worst thing that a human can meet. Ur pseudo company is worth just a 1 gallon of petrol + 1 match to let you go with smoke, nothing more 😡🤮 NEVER AT THE TIME! A LOT OF TIMES IS LOST OR DEMAGE! 😡🤮 I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE!!!
