"Helpful and polite"

Great service and very helpful in facilitating a delivery for me, Natalie in the office was so helpful in tracing the package for me and advising of when the delivery would be, the delivery driver was also very polite and helpful in getting the parcel from his truck and making sure I was able to get it inside my home. Thanks to both would recommend

"The worst experience I have ever had with a delivery."

Parcel meant to be delivered last Friday as paid for the delivery for that date. On Monday the tracker said it would be delivered, no package arrived. Same thing Wednesday. Emails to customer service completely ignored I rang the depot Wednesday morning and was assured it would be delivered. I rang again Thursday when it was not and was told they only have two drivers and that if i want to come to the depot to collect it I can. Firstly I didn’t pay for delivery for me to go collect it myself. Secondly if you don’t have enough drivers then don’t take on the work as An Post are delivering everything ahead of time at the moment and could easily meet the delivery dates instead. I went to order Christmas presents over the last few days but any time I see it will be coming with GLS I do not put through the order. The worst experience I have ever had with a delivery.

"GLS courier /logistics services are real bad. …"

I firstly called to a GLS authorised agent (Kevin’s Neilstown shopping Centre , Dublin) in order to log and arrange for GLS courier service to collect my item/parcel. The staff member was untrained on how to deal with the GLS system and could not take my parcel and keep it for later collection by GLS.

I left my parcel with another GLS authorised agent who were very helpful but advised GLS do not routinely collect parcels from this GLS agent. They advised I contact GLS and make them aware that the item was ready for collection at their agents. Nine days later, the item had still not been collected by GLS. The GLS customer care give false promises and do nothing to resolve customer complaints. GLS courier services are a joke. Avoid at all costs . November 2022

"avoid their services"

this company is a complete joke. I had to send a parcel to Germany so I booked a pick up collection for 25th Nov, nobody showed up. Tried to call them during the weekend - but there was no one to answer (expected maybe). Called them on Monday, talked to support, they give me a ridiculous excuse (the driver couldn't find the address) and said it will be collected that day. Again, no one showed up - so I called them again on Tuesday (29th Nov) - same story: not their fault, will be collected today and so on.

"COMEDY!!!!!"

COMEDY!!!!! Unfortunately, it is the worst experience I've ever had. I am trying to send a package to Romania from Dublin. I paid and waited two days for the courier to pick up the package. On the third day after receiving the message that nobody would pick up also that day, I decided to bring the package to the GLS depot. When done this... they started processing this package to send to... Dublin, to me. This is COMEDY. Today I received message package is delivered to me... I wish to mention it should be delivered to Romania not to Dublin Ireland. What are you doing there?

Update:

On Saturday evening, my neighbour received a package. I received the package from him on Sunday. Therefore, instead of going to Romania, my package went to Dublin after five days.

The package is collected after 9 days. The company is now engaged in a conversation. That's good news.

"Appalling courier service"

One week ago, I ordered a small package from a store in limerick with ‘next day delivery’ to where I’m living in Galway. The package hasn’t updated since arriving at the depot in annacotty 5 days ago. I emailed and rang their customer service and was told by both that ‘a search was ongoing’ for the package and haven’t heard anything since. Avoid using GLS at all costs unless you don’t want to see your package for ages

A parcel promised delivered in 3-4 days. Made ib 7 days to within 1.5 hours drive from my house. 4 days later it still hasnt arrived. Rang twice and promised was going outvnext day. No parcel. Promised a call back. No call

"worse courier ever"

worse courier ever, rude drivers that decide to cancel a collection because they don't want to work, and incompetent service that pretend to help, instead of informing that the order has been cancelled
