"Timely Delivery …"

Needded a parcel delivered on a particular day for urgent use. Got my parcel delivered on time on the day promised, even though it was during a very busy Christmas season. Thanks to Mr. Kennedy and GLS for a prompt service.. ✔️

"The worst company"

"Can't get an address right"

Can't get an address right even when the eircode is on the package! I've had multiple expensive packages that were meant to be delivered from GLS, including a laptop from my employer worth over 1000 euros, and on every occasion its been accidentally given to the wrong address or left in a shop, even though I've been home the whole time and have a perfectly functional doorbell! I'm surprised nothing has been stolen yet but it's a headache each time

"Better off walking to the parcel"

Completely incompetent, insufficient information in tracking, none of their other collection options work, no sign of delivery after almost 2 weeks, when quoted 3-5 days. The parcel has spent the last 2 days in a depot minutes from my house and I have no option to collect it.
Avoid every business that uses this courier, and never trust them with your parcels

"Customer service run by "illiterate bots""

I don't think there's a single employee at GLS that can read and understand the same English language that I'm writing here. I will type their standard reply here...I think they have a "bot" that just issues the same generic response to every complaint...it would actually be funny if it weren't so pathetic!

PS: my issue at GLS is ongoing and I don't know who to contact to have it resolved!

Thanks for the reply "bot" but there's no point in dealing with your service@gls-ireland as they appear to be the illiterate staff that cannot read emails properly nor address questions nor follow up as promised....take that on board for your next waste of time board meeting...

"I won’t do business with anyone who uses GLS"

The driver never came to the front of my house, as I checked on my cameras when I got the delivery email… the driver drove into the back lane and threw the parcel over the neighbours wall and landed in their hedge.. was only noticed the next day.. I won’t do business with anyone that uses GLS. I’ve also reported this incident to the business that I bought the goods from.

"Do not use this company"

Item was sent in sealed package oiled to keep safe. It arrived ripped and soaking wet. Package torn to bits and protective wrapping ripped apart. The protective oil was washed away. Driver had no interest in the state of it. Item was received by GLS on 19th Dec but not delivered until 31st Dec. According to tracking it was moved from one Irish depot to another every single day except christmas day. According to tracking they could not deliver due to heavy traffic. SERIOUSLY!!! I wrote to them and they did nothing. No apology.


Update, The company have asked me for details, I wonder if this is a PR exercise. I have already sent photos as requested, I have already have several emails with them in Dec so why say they would help now when they did not help then.
