"GLS Delivery"

I was awaiting a delivery for a new Fitbit strap since the the keeper had unfortunately snapped. Due to the time of year and the bank holiday, I had expected that there would be somewhat of a delay. Luckily, my parcel arrived on the day that GLS informed me it would be delivered on. It is a good courier service and I would use the service again

"Completely incapable of actually…"

Completely incapable of actually delivering anything. 3 times out of 4 my package has been delivered to a shop 2 villages away. It was totally reasonable to them that I would drive an hour out of my way to do their job for them. Of those 3, only once did I get a message to let me know that was where it was, the other 2 I was supposed to guess that it was in this entirely random location?
The remaining time I was delivered someone else's package, someone on the opposite end of Cork.

I am currently still trying to track down a parcel that was "delivered" on Christmas eve. I refuse to go collect it, neither customer service nor the driver are responding to me so I'll try here.

The incompetence is honestly incredible.

I booked 28th Dec my parcel, should be collected 29th, no courier no phone, no email. The same 30. I called, emailed and i heard, courier collecting today, nothing. If u want wast your money and your time just choose GLS, terrible service, company, customer service

"Yet another late delivery"

Look, the reason GLS is cheap is because it's terrible. If you want your delivery cheap and don't mind your parcel sitting in a warehouse for a week on the outskirts of the city you live in then go for it. I do mind and wish I knew that was going to happen before I cheaped out on delivery.

"Don't use this courier service"

Don't use this courier service. They are by far the worst courier service. Excuse after Excuse. The item was supposed to be here on 23rd but. The van broke down. It will be out on the 24th. Then the vans were full on the 28th it will be out on the 29th. I called again on the 29th then it was a system error. It was put on the wrong pallet. So it will be out on the 30th. I then told them if its not here on the 30th I won't be accepting it and they can return the item to the online shop and explain why it wasn't delivered.

"Terrible service"

Terrible service! They never picked up my package, I am still on emails, waiting from 18.12., they rebooked, then they want me to pay more if I drop it off. I was always happy with GSL, but this year they totally failed!!!!! I lost trust in them!!

Useless and unprofessional service.
I bought a Fitbit on 14th December that was to be delivered by today, 24th December 2022 by GLS. It was a Christmas present. I spoke with a GLS customer service rep. asking that the courier call me or leave the delivery outside my apartment or with a neighbour when they delivered it incase I wasn't home. They never delivered it or contacted me so no gift for Christmas day. Fitbit were completely unsupportive when I called asking for help. I advise giving both a wide berth. I definitely will. Massively disappointed.

Tracking zwl0yped parcel to be delivered Wed 14 Dec waited all day, no delivery. Address + eircode correct, phone No given not used, delivery promised next day Thursday, never happened. Maybe Friday no or Saturday Monday no delivery, phone call to Ian (Dublin Office) no reply from Carlow (Tue 20 Dec). 3 email messages Your parcel from Online Seller could not be delivered. WHY? I was home, I checked my cameras nothing there, no cam alarm messages on my phone. Utterly disgusted with GLS.

One of the worst experiences I have had in my entire life with a courier company……Just terrible…other words do not make sense…..

"Package was reported as delivered, no where to be found"

Package was reported as delivered, however, no package arrived. Contacted the service email and they provided a picture from the driver of the package at a door. (Not my house). My house is very easily identified by the large numbering on the exterior wall so says to me that the driver did not care to input the eircode or address into his maps. From reading reviews online, this is clearly an issue with GLS. I communicated with who I ordered from the online negative reviews of theft and misplaced orders which they advised that they will review and take into consideration and stop using the service. I will not be ordering from a site again that uses GLS as their delivery service
