"GLS Delivery, good service"

Just received my delivery via GLS, my address is a little awkward to find but John the GLS driver managed it. Driver was very pleasant and courteous, package arrived in good order and very happy with the service GLS provided. Will be recommending GLS to friends who have online gift stores and need courier services as past experiences with other carriers have been less than satisfactory.

I recently had a delivery of Office Furniture and an Office Chair. The Courier Ray was so courteous and helpful on the day and helped bring in all the large heavy boxes to my home. I was very grateful for his assistance otherwise I would have struggled to get all the goods inside. Ray was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

"Horrendous Company"

Made an order through the website. Received an order confirmation and heard nothing for 9 days.

Sent two emails and contacted them through their website and had no reply from anything I have tried.

Awful service and still don’t know if I am getting the shoes.

Contacted the through the email address they have provided on here and still being ignored. Just want the order cancelling and refunding. Horrendous service.

Excellent service. I had a small issue with a delivery which was rectified very quickly. First off how refreshing to be able to contact a delivery company over the phone. The person I dealt with was very helpful and my issue was resolved in a few minutes. DPD and Fastway could learn a lot from GLS.

Overall I was happy with Solar who called me when he was nearly here as I requested. He was polite & helpful. I was relieved that my parcel was here as I couldn't track it all morning due, to being given the wrong Company Name. So it all worked out in the end.

Rob helped me to sort out the delivery issues with my parcel.

After multiple failed attempted deliveries, Rob eventually arrived at a solution and my parcel was delivered to the intended recipient which saved me from additional costs had it not been delivered in time.
His professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations.

Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended.
