"MISSING PACKAGE"
GLS driver buzzed my bell today to deliver my order, once I arrived less than few minutes later, my order was no where to be seen. I contacted customer service who called him and he came back to my apartment, only to claim that my package might have been stolen which didn’t add up. Funny thing was that on email confirmation of delivery, he said my order was delivered at 2.07 pm when he rang my bell at 1.27pm. I find it suspicious because my apartment is in a secured space and closed off to anyone. People leave items in the mail box for as long as possible and it is safe. The delivery driver said the same thing had happened in the another apartment complex which made me curious why he didn’t wait for me to take the item from him if he knew something similar had happen earlier? I have also informed the brand as this is poor service. I find it very suspicious. And after reading the reviews, it’s likely that packages are being taken by the drivers.

Item sitting in Irish depot for a full week with no update or explanation, so its a 1 star from me.
There are better couriers who actually deliver on their promises. Do not use GLS Ireland.

I find it disgusting that these people don't provide return post packaging or postage back to Ireland. It's going to cost me £18, registered posting, to return an item that cost £35. Charlatans. And it would be nice to know you're based over there - make it clearer and point of also or on your website.

"Excellent Service from GLS."
I would absolutely recommend GSL to my friends etc, my delivery was on time as advised. I had a small complaint regarding my selected item & the replacement item was delivered early the next day. The courier was very obliging, helpful & courteous & helpful when accepting my return.

"Package not delivered as claimed"
Got an email to say my package was delivered but there is no sign of it. I even checked the bins outside after reading about other people's terrible experiences with GLS but there is nothing. The tracking site claims I signed for it which is a total lie. Absolutely appalling company!

We have been using GLS for over a year now. Kevin collects parcels 4 evenings a week from us. Only this morning we received a phone call from a very satisfied customer, order received yesterday at 15.30, collected by Kevin and delivered to her at 9 am this morning! Fantastic service!

"Brilliant Service"

Our packages are collected by our local GLS courier, Colm, who is always very accomodating even at short notice. This allows our business to run smoothly as we can offer fast nationwide delivery. Their tracking function links to our online system, so orders can be tracked with ease. "Great customer service"
We have been using GLS for quite a while now. We ran into some issues with a delivery for one specific customer but thankfully Rachel from the customer service team was able to push things along quickly for us. It's great to see a team that cares, responds quickly and doesn't act standoffish when an issue arises.
