Worst delivery service ever. Parcel with sensitive items delivered in their depo on Monday. Whole week they confirm it will be delivered and same story every day. Still waiting on delivery. DON'T USE GLS SERVICE. WORST EVER!!!!!

"Consistently Days Late For Collection"
GLS pick and choose when to collect your package. You select a date and they show up to collect whenever suits them.
The cost is low when compared with other services but it is for a reason. There are some great people who work within the business I'm sure, but I don't know how they consistently manage to be days late after you select a date for collection.

Hopefully this post would prevent another person from living through this nightmare.
I had the worst customer experience and would not ever again do business with this joke of a logistics company! GLS LOST a parcel with all Christmas presents for my family and loved ones and kept consistently lying that it was outbound on the way to the final destination for over a month. It finally turned out that it had been lost and no satisfactory search was conducted to find it. What is even more devastating is that while this scam lasted we lost family members who are no longer among us to receive their Christmas present. There are things which cannot be compensated with a lost parcel claim..

"Left waiting with no explanation"
I had a package that was coming from only the north side of dublin (i live in the south side). i checked the tracking the next morning and it said it is expected to be delivered during the day, Package never came and there were no updates to say “sorry for the delay, your package will be with you soon”. the next day still no updates and package never came. and the same today no updates and package still hasn’t come. it is common courtesy to update your customers and not leave them waiting like they did me.
i would have no problem if i was kept updated, i understand drivers can run into problems and be delayed but all it takes is an e-mail to apologize and inform the customer their package is safe and is on the way.
very poor service and strongly recommend that other people pick another courier.
