The GLS delivery driver I had went above and beyond to help bring my heavy delivery to my door even though he only had to drop it to the car park entrance. I don’t think I would have been able to carry it in on my own!

Such a bad service I haven’t seen in a long time
My perishable items parcels are sitting in GLS Dublin depo since 29 December, still can’t get them and NOBODY answers the phone
Other business are operating from home and are taking calls..
I am thinking on going legal with this.. my prepaid perishable items sitting in Your Dublin depot and my business in Ranelagh can’t get them delivered
One hour later and Jennifer was able to track it down and reorganise a new delivery for tomorrow
She was very efficient and the only one that made a real effort to solve this mess

I’ve had a parcel sitting in your warehouse since 22nd December, every time I check tracking it just says your parcel is stored in the parcel centre. I have sent an email to the email you have directed other customers on this site to do but I have got no response. Shocking customer service.

Fantastic service from you guys!! Through my own fault I wasn’t there both days for delivery.. email received straight away looking for a different address if easier… replied and next morning a very friendly guy dropped in my parcel!! Well done!!

"The worst courier company I've ever had…"
The worst courier company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their driver had multiple parcels on board for me for over a week and a half, two weeks before Christmas, and he eventually manually marked them all as delivered a couple of days before Christmas and stole them instead of delivering them to me. Contacted GLS by phone and email every day to try get him to deliver them to me as they contained Christmas presents and they were no use at all to help resolve the issue, just kept telling me they were having problems with the driver in my area. Eventually they contacted me today to say their courier would not get back to them about it and to contact the sender to get them to file a claim and re-send the order to me. Had to request for a different courier to deliver the order to me this time as I'll never again deal with this sham of a company - their driver completely ruined my Christmas.
