I have no problem recommending GLS especially with courier's like John and Darren who I found to be friendly obliging professional and very helpful as sometimes I was not in and they would make sure I got my item by delivering it when I was available so yes with staff like those two in GLS I would highly recommend this courier service

I will not make a purchase from any seller if this company delivers for them . Driver picks random houses in the area get the document signed then it's with a neighbour. No neighbour has any parcels for me !!!!

Terrible customer experience. Driver left a note on second attempt to deliver Fitbit on 30/12 to say call a support number and delivery will be rearranged. The number is dead and it was 48 hours before email was answered. Despite driver note, now told I have 5 days to drive from Dun Laoghaire to the airport during my working day to collect parcel. It took GLS 3 weeks to deliver a small parcel from Holland and of course the super late delivery clashes with the Christmas break and nobody is home.
Reference #00030567 logged at 10.39 on 10/01 and first reply on 12/01 at 9.54 (following a chaser sent by me on the 11/01). Honestly, if you still cannot deliver then just send it back to Fitbit, they have agreed to refund me if it cannot be delivered.
Update as 13/01 - excellent customer support courtesy of the unflappable Megan has fully turned this around. Full marks for managing a difficult end customer.

Not happy ,waiting on a parcel ,fake updates,its out for delivery since 9 am it's now 6pm ,went from Carlow to Dublin depot more than once,hello I'm in kilkenny!
I've emailed and was assured it will be delivered today ,let's see
