Generally all parcels get delivered without a hitch, but occasionally there are problems.

We are restricted time-wise for delivery to our customers (and we have an agreement with GLS to accommodate this), but this isn't always adhered to by the delivery drivers, so they are turning up too late in the day.

Also, it can take a little while for Customer Services to investigate issues and get back to us - however generally speaking most issues get resolved.

marked my parcel as delivered before (!!) the actual time it was and yet it wasn’t even delivered to me! checked my reception and my neighbors nobody has the parcel, couriers never even rang to see if i was home then i rang your parcel helpline next day got no help all i was told is that the courier will be contacting me within three days when i actually move away tomorrow! big joke customer service very poor should’ve checked reviews before ordering or else i would’ve saved myself a lot of money on lost packages

Customer service is very rude. Expecting people to wait whole day at home just to wait on they're deliveries. Never shop online again to all site using GLS. Very poor service

Will not be shopping with any online store that only offers GLS. On second attempt driver gave 6 hour delivery window. Somehow between three housemates who all work from home the delivery was still missed (which isn't the drivers fault obviously) because maybe someone went to the toilet at an inopportune time or something else mundane. GLS now expect me to make my way to a very inconveniently located depot and are offering no other options. Not even delivery to a "parcelshop" drop off point. At least with An Post the depos are reasonably located and parcel motel used to be willing to drop off to a nearby parcel motel if they missed you. Customer service was also very condescending.

Given my address and eircode a day for when I'd be home an agreed day for delivery. I never recieved parcel, contacted them numerous times and again been told it be delivered and again it wasnt. Unclear if I will ever recieve my parcel
