I received a generous discount by email from Cox & Cox and was able to make a purchase on goods that I had had my eye on for a little while. Unfortunately I stupidly ordered fewer Cox & Cox mugs than I had intended when I placed my order. I called customer services and spoke to customer services agent Kyle who was so helpful and understanding and did his utmost to ensure that I was able to order the additional mugs that I needed, honouring my discount and the postage I had already paid. Kyle talked me through the process very clearly and I came away very happy indeed. Excellent customer service.

This rating is for Dara specifically as she has solely been helpful to me to try to resolve my issue. But things haven’t been easy for her to assist with despite her efforts!
The other customer service in general from Cox & Cox would not get 5 stars - it’s virtually impossible to speak to anyone on the phone whilst the customer service line remains the way it is and in the location it is. Delivery and returns process is slow and filled with flaws. I have had to chase at every stage for every item delivery and refund. I will likely not order again from Cox & Cox as a result. However Dara has been helpful and friendly and trying her best. Thank you

The baubles and scandi garland I received are so fantastic they literally took my breath away ! Amazing quality. In fact I ordered 3 garlands in total.. I’m really happy. Also, I cannot extend my gratitude enough towards Simon. He provided excellent service and effortlessly resolved a slight issued I had. He was perfect. Thank you Simon! What else can say ? Just perfect items and perfect service! Cox & Cox is highly recommended and I have already recommended to all my colleagues too !

"Great customer service upon issue"
Bought two mirrors and one travertine tray, communication regarding delivery was very good, unfortunately DHL delivered the tray broken as I believe needed a bit of extra protection. Called customer service and had a very quick resolution, offered to book a collection for the broken tray and an extra credit to choose another item. Once chosen, I received a fast reply with the collection confirmation and that the replacement item was also on its way. Great customer service and lovely items!

Website said item was in stock. After waiting for delivery confirmation, and no communication from Cox & Cox. I contacted them myself to be told, the item wasn't in stock and stock was due and I will be contacted about delivery. After 2 weeks I was contacted and delivery took place a week or so later. Part of the bed was missing, I then needed to chase this up, wait, wait for the sales team to sort it and wait for a delivery date.
6 WEEKS!
I'm still waiting to be contacted with regards to returning the bed.
I will move things forward myself and contact my bank to raise a dispute.
Customer service may be polite at the time of sales but their customer service skills do lack with attentive communication and dealing with after sales and issues.
One frustrated customer.

"Avoid Cox & Cox unless you have endless patience for chasing refunds!"
I have had ongoing issues with extreme delivery delays and poor product quality across three separate orders placed in November 2024. Despite an exhaustingly long email chain, I am still waiting for refunds on returned items that were collected by their couriers.
Customer service is incredibly frustrating, advisors keep changing, meaning I have to repeatedly explain the same issues because they fail to locate previous emails. They are evasive, inconsistent, and do not address my concerns properly.
Now, after months of back-and-forth, I am being asked yet again how I want to proceed, this time by someone named Dara. Let’s see if this finally leads to a resolution. Wish me luck!
