All the team were polite and helpful and when I requested communication with Kyle, he took the trouble to ring me back immediately to clarify a query. Kyle has been an excellent ambassador for customer services and has helped Cox and Cox regain my confidence in the company. Thank you

Having looked on trust pilot before purchasing as I had not used this company before I felt a bit apprehensive due to the 3.7 star average however after deciding to go ahead with my purchase I am so pleased I did! I purchased the umbrella online and the next day received a call to let me know what date this would be delivered. The communication throughout was spot on and the product itself is fantastic. I later purchased an umbrella cover online and although I was not sure when this was being delivered after sending an email I had a response very quickly to assure me it would be with me within 3 working days.

"Shocking on line and customer experience …"
I ordered on line the Porlock Storage Box on line on Thursday 24th April, after taking the payment from my credit card and processing the order screen went blank.
I checked my acct and no order confirmed, no email confirmation but the payment of £461 was taken. I emailed Cox and Cox…no response.
I re ordered to ensure it went through and again it did, confirmation from Klarna but no confirmation from Cox and Cox.
I then emailed again, no response. So I called on Friday 25th, spoke to a man who said, it takes time to process on your system and it would be updated that evening…it wasn’t!
I then called again on Saturday and spoke to the same man who said it would be done over the weekend…it wasn’t! He also assured me he would update the system so someone would call me on Monday…they didn’t.
I now still have no confirmation and you have 2 x payments.
Impossible to get a response or refund!

I changed my mind when ordering outdoor lights and Kyle was so kind and helpful. Lots of companies can't/won't help once order is put through but with Cox and Cox nothing is any trouble.

One of the worst online retail experiences I have had for a long time. Want to return something? You can't! We made a large order of around £2,600. We were generally happy with everything except some outdoor beanbag chairs which were just not fit for purpose. They were not comfortable, my husband can barely sit on them they are too small. There is no back rest or support like it looked in the pictures. I could immediately see upon delivery they would have to go back. Made a return request the same day. They are all in original packaging. I received some LIE email 3 days later saying they had not heard back from me regarding an email they apparently sent and would close the return in 3 days should they not hear back! They NEVER SENT an initial email prior to this one. They then offered me a voucher of £50 if we would just keep them or exchange. I made it clear we would like to return for a refund. They don't reply to emails, I had a missed call off them with a number to call back which didn't work! I have heard nothing since. This is a violation of basic consumer rights to return an item in new and unopened condition. I will be contacting small claims courts or whoever else I see fit to escalate this. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Will never shop here again. If you would CARE TO RESPOND, my order reference is #002079864
