Cox and Cox have a fabulous customer service representative in Laiba.
Thay have been very thoughtful and helpful in their responses and advice.
Also the delivery / collection drivers were also nice.
I would highly recommend Cox & Cox if you would like quality products and gorgeous staff.

The website was unresponsive when I tried to put an order through for my girlfriend’s birthday. Once I logged a ticket I got contacted the next day and completed the order over the phone. I don’t think it was a fault on their side but I’m glad that I was able to complete the order. The customer rep was named Baha and she was a great help.
