I recently had to contact Cox & Cox Customer Service department regarding a recent order placed. I did this via e:mail and got a response to this within the hour from JENNA at the Customer Service department. Cannot fault this service, found Jenna to be helpful, efficient and polite and she answered my query entirely and satisfactory.
