"Slow delivery and poor products "

The website and catalogue images all look great, however on two separate occasions we have been very disappointed with the products when they arrived. Poor quality and damaged. Delivery is very slow.

"I love this company"

I love this company - they have so many beautiful things and the frequency of their sales and offers mean that you can find some bargains. I just had to ask for help from Customer service and Agatha was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful and sorted my problem in a nano second. Thanks very much.

The customer service line is awful. I had to speak to 4 different staff members before someone processed my exchange. When I finally spoke to Jose Lewis , he got it sorted quickly and efficiently. he is the only professional person on your team!

Recently purchased from cox & cox and had an issue with one item in my order… i contacted customer service and was given a quick, friendly & helpful service from Agatha who was very efficient in getting the issue resolved and kept in touch with me from booking the collection right through the refund going into my bank ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve had an awful experience with Cox & Cox. I ordered a sun lounger for £650 in the sale. Order confirmation email received on 4th October. Then radio silence. A week later I contacted them to find out what was happening to be told the item was no longer available and I would be refunded. Fast forward 3 weeks. I have had to contact them 3 more times and i still don’t have my money back. I am told it will be with me in 3-5 days and it never arrives. I’ve also been told i will receive email confirmation of a refund and nothing arrives. Perhaps legal action is needed.
