NOT!!! received my order, promised delivery within 48hours last Thursday, now delayed at DHL 😡 Cox & Cox not interested, not their fault.
First time order, definitely the last.

*update as per below, C&C have not contacted me about the missing order. Therefore it remains, this company is not trustworthy since they changed hands. I've emailed and still no reply. Taken the money for the missing item but no update and nothing received.

I have given 1 * but it should be zero. I ordered two rugs for £697.50 I tracked the order a week later but saw it had not been collected from warehouse. I chased to be told that the items are not available. I had checked on delivery times before I bough to be told it would be 3-5 days. They have held on to my money for a week without letting me know, I had to chase them. Do not order from them they cant be trusted.
