Very good customer service. These days many companies lose interest once the sale is done and chasing delivery is painful. Cox were very responsive and organised quick and convenient delivery. Jenna was excellent.

The cox & cox website not working to claim a 35% discount yesterday that it was advertising on an item.
It would not even let me claim the 20% discount which was across all full price items using the code they were offering
Rung up to query why it’s not accepting discounts operator said 35% finished yesterday ! but it wasn’t working ?’
That’s unfair as it was showing there and had been for at least 2 weeks.

Spoke to Jose Lewis he also was unable to claim the 35% or 20% discount for me on his system
He had to enter manually, proves that cox & box website was not working properly!
Very frustrating!
But thankfully due to him being helpful and trying several times to apply the 20% discount , he manually was able to gave me 25% discount as gesture goodwill for my patience .
