"Great customer service from Baha"

* 18/11/24 update - delivery did not arrive and no call to let me know. I’ve had to call twice since then, now waiting for an outcome. At this point I would not recommend this company in terms of logistics.

Baha was very helpful this morning. I called to query when my desk would be delivered . She called re my order and arranged the delivery date. Baha was friendly and made the process smooth .

"Selling products they dont have"

Following previous reviews where they say they are committed to solving my issues....
I received a call from Ryan who confirmed that although they had taken my money and not got back to me, they didn't have the product I ordered two and a half weeks previously. I asked for my money back however he convinced me he would have an answer by today. I told him I had major reservations as no-one ever phoned me back as promised. As per.. he didnt ring me back but sent an email....
Thank you for your patience while we awaited an update on the Provence Desk. We’ve reached out to the manufacturer as promised but, unfortunately, have not yet received a response.

Still waiting for item that I ordered over 10 days ago. Fobbed off by customer services. Poor all round experience.

I bought a light up Christmas garden hare. It was faulty, a replacement came, also faulty. I asked for a refund but customer services insisted on a replacement. Broken and faulty again. Cox and Cox went into administration. Giomani Designs now run it. Please avoid if you want good products and customer service GO ELSEWHERE!!
