I recently bought a footstool and although there were issues in the beginning (my own fault to begin with, but compounded by their customer services lack of communication), Gregg sorted everything out in the end. It’s a shame it took for me to highlight this as a negative review for them to respond, but at least they did and I was delighted that Gregg took the time to listen and made sure I was happy with the outcome.
Delivery was on time and I’m so pleased with the product as it’s exactly as described. Despite the issues, I would buy from them again, as I’m happy with how my complaint was resolved.
