Great products but found the delivery confusing as there was no reference to Cox and Cox so I thought I was being scammed at first. It was only on 2nd attempt that I researched and realised it was legit and related to my order.

"Absolutely shocking service "

Absolutely shocking and disappointing service. We ordered a doormat back in March and it’s now November and still nothing despite chasing Cox and Cox customer service speaking with Ryan (Manager) and being given several new delivery dates throughout this year the item still has not arrived.

"Very disappointing customer service"

Very disappointing customer service. I ordered Christmas decorations from Cox & Cox nearly a month ago. While most items arrived, one was missing. I've reached out multiple times over the past two weeks, but customer service still can't give me an estimated arrival date for the missing item. I requested a refund instead, but was bounced from one department to another, unable to get any clear help. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. Will definitely avoid shopping from this website again.

"Beware poor delivery and service "

Beware!! Significant delays on delivery & Awful customer service!
I ordered a table & side table in August paid over £800. From mid September, i chased delivery and was fobbed off each time. Emails to customer service took over 4/5 days for a response. Overseas customer service on calls were hopeless.
Finally received confirmation of delivery this w’end (9 November) & Cox & Cox tried to deliver it to my old address. Despite my order being on new address. Order is coming from Gallery Direct not Cox & Cox.

"All sorted after a while.. "

I was left annoyed with the delay of my daughter’s birthday present. After numerous attempts to contact customer service a final attempt was made and Joe picked up my issue and sorted for me in a quick and professional manner. I was also offered a voucher above the purchase price as my goods were delayed and original customer service was non-existent.
