"Issues processing online payments"

Been ordering from Cox & Cox for a few years. Over the past few months there’s been issues when inputting payment details. After three attempts, I contacted customer service, the agent confirmed the system was undergoing maintenance. However, yesterday the same issue happened again. Tonight the same issue again.
I can’t be the only person this is happening to. Tried payment using multiple devices and different payment methods.

"Shocking customer service from Raeesa"

Shocking customer service from Raeesa.
I ordered £102 worth of Christmas wrapping paper and received only part of the order. The delivery note stated it was in the parcel but 4 items @ £38 weren’t there even though the delivery note said they were? I emailed Cox & Cox on the same day as I took delivery to let them know. I also
Telephoned but was told to email the issue which I’d already done. That was on 17/10/24 and it’s now 7/11 and still no resolution. I have emailed since several times, always courteously to ask for an update and being told that they are looking into it with their courier but I said that this is not a delivery issue it’s a warehouse issue as the items were never picked/packed. Why would I make this up. Had I got my order I wouldn’t waste my time chasing them for items I’ve already got. They clearly don’t believe their customers and have zero customer service. Any reputable company would send those items out again but not Cox & Cox. Their brochure arrived today too and they have some amazing things to buy but Do NOT Trust Them With your Money. I’m about to move house and was considering spending a lot of money with them on a sofa and pieces of furniture but after my experience of not being looked after on such a small value order, I would have no confidence to purchase anything high value. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY because if you have any issues they don’t care and do not help. I explained to Raessa today that I believed I have been patient long enough and want a resolution today and if that didn’t happen then I would write a review of my experience. No response has been forthcoming so she clearly doesn’t care about how the company is perceived or value customers so do feel the need to share my experience to let other potential customers know of my experience to try and avoid them being ripped off too. I’m not normally a complainer but think I’ve been patient enough having raised this issue with them on 17/10 and still today being told to be patient as they are waiting on their courier to provide proof of delivery. She did come back to me earlier today to say the courier said the order was delivered? Honestly it’s shocking. How would the courier know what is in the box. X/ray vision? I never disputed accepting the order. I said straight away it’s arrived but items are missing and really don’t understand why this is so difficult. Mistakes happen and someone in the warehouse has not picked the order according to the delivery note. I am not disputing I took a delivery of part of this order but not the full order. I couldn’t be much clearer and just getting fobbed off. She even asked me for my copy delivery note today. Why would you need that when I’d told you on the day of delivery there were missing items? I just think it was another delaying tactic which she hoped I didn’t have. Luckily I do still have it and sent that straight back to her but surprise she never got back to me. If you value your money DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

"Horrible Customer service "

Tried to call them to say that they mis-delivered a parcel to my address and that they should let the rightful owner know to come pick it up. The overseas customer service person started telling me that I need to go fill out a form, provide all my details, attach pictures, and someone will be in touch. To which I responded with “I’m calling you as a curtesy to let you know a paying customer has not received their item, it’s up to you to fix it, not me”. To which I got a repeat of the above. Aw well. I threw the item away- at least I tried.

"Was a bit disappointed with the time…"

Was a bit disappointed with the time it took to deliver the goods from such a well known company as cox & Cox. It states 3 to 5 days but it actually took about 10. I contacted customer services via email and received a reply from Joe who was excellent and even phoned me when I said I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. He said the delivery was being sent and true to his words My goods where with me the next day. Well done Joe you saved cox and cox an order
