"Avoid like the Plague. Abysmal service."

Made an order and was told delivery will be 3-4 working days. A couple of days later contacted them to see why I haven’t even had a dispatch email from them and was first told they couldn’t find my order and he will call me back in half an hour. A hour later still no call so I called them again and this time I was told they will prioritize this and have it dispatched immediately. Two days later contacted them again and was again told the order was not dispatched and they will dispatch and guarantee delivery for Monday. Today (Monday) still no delivery and the tracking they have provided says the courier has not yet received the parcel from sender.

They claim to be a UK company and ship products from within the UK but in reality they seem to be a drop shipping company who sends the products directly from supplier so be aware. There seems to be a lot of bad reviews on this company and their delivery.

Received an email from the customer service team on the 13th Nov to say my details have been forwarded to their cancellations and refund department, who will back in touch.
Still on the 18th Nov no contact and No refund action. The below email from them ..
Currently, we are waiting to receive your details from Trust pilot to address your refund request directly.

Why would trust-pilot have my refund details?? when i purchased from cox and cox directly.

"Extremely over priced tree"

Not only is the prelit Gypsophila indoor/outdoor tree extremely overpriced at £165 (check out prices at other retailer for comparison) the quality is appalling. When I opened the box I found bark peeling off, and a large number of flowers had come away the tree. Upon trying to arrange the branches I realised there were no branches at the back of the tree. So, I am returning it when I can get through to customer services which were not answering the phone on the 17th November 2024.
