"Success due to excellent customer service"
I had a problem placing an order last Sunday when there was a deadline for the 25 percent discount. I wrote an email that day to customer services. A very friendly and helpful lady named Ayesha responded to my email on Monday and during the week sent me further emails giving me updates on the steps she was taking to resolve the matter. Today her colleague, Baha, called me with the good news that I would be able to place the order and still get the discount. Baha actually went through all the steps to place the order so I didn't have to go online to do it and confirmed that it had been placed. Baha apologized for the problems I experienced and the delay in getting it resolved. These two ladies were truly wonderful and outstanding in their customer service and turned it into a very good situation. Please thank them for me.

"Will not respond to refund request"
I spent over £500 on Christmas items, two were due to be dispatched in October, I have requested a refund three times because they haven’t been dispatched yet. They promised a refund the first time and have ignored my last requests.

They are now trying to offer a credit note if I wait and accept the goods. I have declined this twice and now I have requested a refund eight times from the company and I am still waiting

They have now refunded for what was not delivered.

"No items received, no customer service!"
No items received, no customer service after contacting multiple times. The tracker showed it wasn’t picked from the warehouse for 6 days and no action was made on the order since the date and time I placed it. All the customer service representatives said “it’s still within the delivery time frame of 3-5 working days” but that wasn’t the issue, and as soon as I queried this they never responded. DONT ORDER !!!!!

I needed to return an item that I wasn’t satisfied with. Reesa made the experience very positive and seemless, she asked some questions about the item and for info and photos and then arranged for the item to be collected and replaced with alternatives. She was prompt and responsive to my emails and solved the matter within 48 hours
