Had an issue with my order. Made contact via the online chat. Sadly no reply.

I purchased a very attractive vase with its proportions and dimensions specifically to suit the flowers I wanted to display.
Unfortunately the dimensions stated on the website were incorrect with the vase received being smaller.
After help from Ayesha in customer services, I decided to keep the vase as I really liked it despite it being unsuitable for its original purpose, and Ayesha very kindly arranged some recompense for the situation.

Ordered from this company 25/10 they delayed sending, phoned to cancel the order which was a joke, kept trying to give me a discount to take the order finally had to get a manager to call me. Received the call and was told the order had been sent anyway but they would stop the delivery and when they received it back from the courier I would get a full refund, this was on the 5th November. I still have not got my money back and it’s the 23rd November, no answer to emails or messenger.
Can’t recommend this company, terrible service. If someone from this Company reads this, issue my refund!!

I contacted Customer Services as i had ordered 3 items online but only received one in my delivery. Jenna was brilliant, she responded to my emails promtly and escalated the matter and as a result i am now due to receive my miasing itema in the new couple of days.
