Huge concerns over this company now. I have always loved their products BUT EVERY order I have placed has gone wrong ! Note all of the reviews are about their customer service ( which until this last order has been good). I am still waiting on my order 20 days later despite being repeatedly told it will be 2-5 days , 48 hours etc I have escalated but have not been contacted . I still do not have any explanation for the delay . It has left me very frustrated with this company and will not be buying from them again … it’s just too painful , shame .

"I tried to order some Christmas lights"
I tried to order some Christmas lights. The payment wouldn’t go through - just buffered. Tried 3 times and ended up with 3 pending payments to Klarna. I have sent 5 messages to try to sort this out. And I’ve missed various offers that have come up on the product I want. I want to give them money! SO frustrating.
Update - Ryan from C and C got in touch and sorted the problem completely. Thank you Ryan! And the lights are really lovely. So redemption 😊

Placed large order l, had email confirmation, payment took but no order delivered.
Emailed after several days to be told it will be delivered in couple days but still nothing has arrived.
Sent follow up email but no response
UPDATE: items still not delivered, have requested refund but no reply so having to go through credit card company to reclaim money they took

"I wrote a review on the 14th November…"
I wrote a review on the 14th November discussing an order I was trying to make and gift vouchers that were appearing as invalid. I had tried to make contact with Cox and Cox via email, the contact us page and telephoning. I was not successful. Customer Service only contacted me after I wrote my review on here. My issue was seemingly resolved by a member of the team placing the order for me directly and emailed me a copy of the confirmation. Since then, another colleague has contacted me to discuss my issue and told me that no order had been placed on the system and that he would look into it again. I haven’t heard anything from him. I emailed the original gentleman for an update on my order and have received no response. When I enter the “order number “ in the tracking system, it says it is invalid. This order is for Christmas decorations so time is of the essence. I came back here to update my review, and then saw that it had been deleted altogether !!!! I wonder how many other bad reviews have been deleted so that consumers are unable to see what is happening in this company. I wait for contact from Cox and Cox …. Again.

Ordered wardrobe and chest of drawers from this company and what arrived can be best described as shabby pallet wood. It was damaged and the finish was awful with poor quality wood and rusty metal finishings. Cox and Cox collected the furniture over 4 weeks ago and to date have still not issued a refund - I am owed thousands of pounds. Avoid at all costs.
3/12/24 Update - after several emails chasing and an official complaint, the refund was issued with a gesture of goodwill. However, this is all too late, the damage has been done. The experience has put us off ever using the company again.
