"Utterly appalling customer service"

Utterly appalling customer service. After 10 days item still not despatched. After repeated calls the item is still. All they have said is I may get some tracking details at some point this week. The item was meant to be delivered in 3-5 days. So far it’s been 10 days and a huge headache. Would NOT recommend this company! Maybe they have gone bust AGAIN!

"Christmas Lights. Nope. Eventually resolved."

Ordered some Christmas lights and tree skirt. Waited beyond the 3-5 days standard delivery timeframe before chasing. On Friday I was promised they would prioritise delivery for Monday. Nothing arrived. Online status still Processing. Have now emailed to cancel the order for a full refund and it will be interesting to see how long this takes.

UPDATE: Items did eventually arrive but way too late and I returned them the next day. Because of a lack of communication I had raised a credit card dispute that was processed so I have received the credit. Today (6/1/25) I received an email stating they received the items back and would process a refund but the dispute has already cleared so we are all sorted. Customer service say they have applied a £25 credit to my account, which I guess covers the return p&p and leaves me some credit if I decide to purchase from them again.

"Not as good as they used to be! Avoid!"

I have always thought of Cox and Cox as a quality high end company. Yes it's expensive but you used to get quality goods.
I recently ordered some Christmas decorations and they did take a while to arrive but they were nice quality when they arrived so I was fairly pleased.
However I ordered some further Christmas items 8 days ago and nothing has arrived. I contacted customer services on Saturday to ask for an update to be told I was still in the 5 day delivery window. I had already reached the 6th day but I said I would wait another couple of days. Still nothing and tracking is still saying the item has not been picked. So I contacted again to be told the item was out of stock and they offered me a completely dismal alternative or a credit note for half the value of products.
I have requested a refund and their contact has completely stopped. If I don't get a response tomorrow I will be taking the problem to my bank. Disgusting customer service. I won't be shopping there again.

"I placed an order for 8 table mats and…"

I placed an order for 8 table mats and a table runner, total price of £58.45.
They could not supply the placemats so I told them I didn't want the runner so requested a full refund. After a couple of weeks I had notification that a refund of £20.95 had been issued (although not received it yet) Still waiting to hear why I haven't been issued full amount. Dreadful customer service, will not be ordering anything else.

Great customer service!

The customer service representative called Baha who helped me with my issue was a tremendous help. Very understanding and polite. A credit to their team.

I had a problem with an item that I purchased over a year ago. Even though it was well past the date in which I could return etc. They were more than happy to help.

"Abysmal customer service. "

Giving one star for now. Ordered on the 19th October, for a framed canvas that was due into stock at the beginning of November. Absolutely nothing received, and no notification of delay either - my order is still showing as 'processing'. Even worse, the item itself is showing as sold out. I've tried repeatedly to get an answer but it's like watching tumbleweed. No response at all. If you receive the goods, they're usually decent quality, but the customer service is absolutely abysmal.

They've said below in their response to this review that somebody will be in touch with me via email. That was seven days ago, and needless to say, nobody has made any attempt at all to contact me - their response was a cynical strategy to address my bad review without any intention of sorting out the problem. Nothing but empty promises, no goods received, no explanation, and I'm now almost at the two-month point.

For goodness sake, can somebody please respond to me?

"I’ve waited 4 weeks for my order…"

I’ve waited 4 weeks for my order and I’m still waiting. They keep delaying the delivery and promising it will be delivered in two weeks… I asked for a refund but haven’t received it nor confirmation that one will be given. I’ve had to contact my bank to get my money back. Don’t give your money to this company.
