"Richard Kay- customer service is a 5 star employee"

I have communicated by email with Richard Kay at customer services on a number of occasions recently and he helped me with a furniture order (2 side tables) that were neither dispatched or delivered as the order suggested.
Richard was outstandingly efficient, kind and helpful and in the end I received the products in two separate deliveries with which I am happy. However, if it hadn't been for Richard it would have been different. The customer phone number never gets answered and overall I am disappointed with Cox and Cox as you don't live up to the expectations on your web site.
Richard however saved the day and from my perspective he is employee of the month. A big thank you Richard.

"Placed an order on the 22nd November…"

I've now managed to get through to them and they apologised for the delay. Fingers crossed the items turn up soon
Placed an order on the 22nd November and I've tried e-mailing, live chat and calling, but have had no answer. Very poor service to try and determine when my order will be delivered.

"Disappointing …"

Disappointing …. Review for Cox & Cox. As a Cox & Cox lover, They appear to be struggling with deliveries at the moment, placed two orders - 1x 20/11/24 and 1x 22/11/24. One order contained Xmas decorations now tried to cancel but will have to return when eventually arrives. Despite chasing the deliveries and being told the two orders will both be dispatched 2/12/24, I still don’t have tracking numbers and it obviously didn’t happen. Replies to emails are slow and they are blaming slow deliveries on Black Friday, despite my orders being placed well before then & Black Friday isn’t a new thing! If you want to order anything for Christmas then don’t expect to receive on time. I’m still waiting!!

"Good customer service "

I had a very poor experience with the Cox and Cox delivery partner (DHL) and contacted customer services at Cox and Cox, their customer service agent Baha responded politely, promptly and with care. Makes a change from other retailers who don’t want to take responsibility for delivery or don’t bother responding at all.

I would like this to be resolved as soon as possible. But I am still waiting.

"Avoid Cox & Cox at All Costs"

Avoid Cox & Cox at All Costs

Ordered a sofa at the beginning of September for over £2,000, and the experience has been appalling from start to finish.
• Product Information: I requested detailed dimensions before purchasing to ensure the sofa would fit. Cox & Cox failed to provide this information, citing either lack of communication with manufacturing or sheer laziness.
• Delivery Delays: Promised a 4-6 week delivery timeline, which stretched to over 10 weeks. Throughout, I received little to no proactive communication. I had to chase repeatedly, only to be met with conflicting updates.
• Delivery Failure: After waiting for months, the delivery was canceled on the day because they decided the sofa wouldn’t fit. No one at Cox & Cox bothered to inform me of this decision.

To make matters worse, after the delivery failure, Cox & Cox tried to push credit notes on me instead of processing the refund I was entitled to. Communication continued to be slow, with long delays between responses and excessive hold times when calling (up to 10 minutes just to get through).

I’ve now been assured that a refund has been processed, but after months of frustration, I will believe it when I see it.

Cox & Cox’s incompetence, lack of transparency, and disregard for customer experience are staggering.

Could not recommend them less. Avoid this company at all costs.

"Poor quality Xmas Trees & bad customer service. "

Really poor quality fake Christmas trees, not worth the price even after 35% discount. I placed a large order because I’d bought things a few years ago that were good quality. I was shocked at the quality of what arrived this time. The returns process has been a nightmare. I bitterly regret ordering from Cox and Cox.

"Customer Service at C&C"

I spoke with Fatima who on 2 occasions was very helpful with a furniture order and was able to respond to my query very politely and quickly.

I give her five stars but access to the C&C telephone service is poor as no answer over a number of days. Also website chat assistance didn't work as no response and always says no one available.

Have always found c&c products good quality. Will wait and see if they deliver within 6-8 weeks as promised.

Cox and Cox have some beautiful items, I have got my tree and accessories simply fabulous.
The service was impeccable and I would highly recommend them.
