So upset with Cox and Cox, have shopped with them for years customer service seems to have gone out of the window. Preordered 8 glasses paid for in October, expected early November. Had to chase three times, no apology, one box arrive of 4, still no response in the other box go 4. By worried they are going under if not responding. I hope not as used to be quality pieces and great customer service.

"Even Chat doesn't respond"
Oh dear, even the chat line doesn't respond. I've been waiting 4 hours and not one agent has logged on to reply.
I'm writing this review in the hope one of the agents will help with my order - parts are missing, no instructions included. #001980618.
My items an an outdoor Christmas Tree. Please can you respond with the instructions and list of parts that should have been included as soon as possible as we only small window to get this resolved, before the item is redundant.

Dire, just dire.
Ordered a coffee table which stated 3 to 5 days delivery - lovely!
Got confirmation email, then another a day later saying as the item was coming direct from the manufacturer it would be 21 days delivery - hmm.
Then get a further email a few days later which makes no sense just stating that it is "Friday collection". What does that mean????
Chatbot not working.
Telephone line not being answered.
Will be contacting the credit card people to cancel the order.
Would NOT recommend to anyone!

I needed to return an item that was faulty but the service from Baha was exceptional. My issue was acknowledged and I felt fully supported through the return process. Thank you!

I ordered on 25 November, expecting my order within 3-5 working days as stated on the website. It has now been 8 working days and I still haven’t received my order or any shipping confirmation.
Tried emailing with no response, phoned a couple of times, eventually got through. Items still not ready to ship, so I’m afraid I had to cancel.
Hopefully receive my refund quicker!

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I placed several orders for Christmas decorations at the end of September / start of October. When the delivery timescales were not adhered to, I contacted customer services on multiple occasions who completely ignored my emails. It wasn’t until I left a negative review on their instagram page that someone got back to me and processed the deliveries. On arrival, the items (which were relatively expensive) were cheap looking and poor quality, the baubles broke easily and it all came in packaging stamped from China. I sent these back to the company using Royal Mail’s first class signed for service. The company received these items on 7th November. To date, I am still awaiting a refund. The company have made several excuses as to why it has not been processed yet, all of which are untrue, i.e, I ordered replacement items (completely false) and that a dispute had been raised via Klarna so they couldn’t refund me the money until it had been resolved (again, false). Thankfully I paid them via Klarna, who are now looking into this for me. They have tried to contact the company and have given them a deadline to respond, failing which, they will raise a claim against Cox & Cox. It seems lots of others have been having the same issues as well. This company has went downhill since being bought over last year and likely they won’t be trading for much longer given all the hassle people have been having. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

3 to 5 days delivery is a joke - nothing has arrived and now i am up to working day 10
To pay nearly £6 for this delivery service is wrong
no email to track so I looked online and guess what - no longer listed for 2 items! If they run out of stock they should advise you!

I have bought many things in the past and loved their products . This time my delivery was returned as I was not in. I have tried to contact several times via email and telephone with no answer . They still have my money but I’ve had no product and can’t get hold of anyone

My wife ordered a Xmas tree from them a couple of months ago. Finally arrived mid November. When I went to assemble it this week two of the four components were missing. My wife tried contacting them on two occasions & no response, finally she decided to call them & was told it can take up to five days to get a response. Really poor service I feel.
Update as of 11.12.24.
My wife finally managed to get through to C&C customer service by phone on the 07.12.24, got the usual apologies etc but was told that they would look into it. We then got an email to say that they would contact the supplier & let us know what is happening.
I also had a reply to this post on trustpilot on the 09.12.24 (as per note below) I forwarded the information they requested that day & yet again I’ve heard nothing!!
Furthermore I’ve noticed on the website that the product that we ordered is now out of stock, it wasn’t when the issue was raised on the 02.12.24. This is now becoming farcical.

Ordered wrapping paper and ribbon on 22 Nov and I'm still waiting (4 Dec). Tracking just says "in picking"? Which had not changed for a week. Used customer service email and have had zero response. They have good quality items, but I would be very reluctant to use then again.
