"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Zero communication, zero delivery, zero refund!! Borderline fraudulent! Ordered pre lit garland on the 14th of October and nothing has arrived, been told 3 times now that it’s on its way and it’s never arrived! They don’t answer their phones or reply to emails. Shocking customer service and the good reviews here and clearly the only few lucky ones out of plenty of unlucky!! Ruined Christmas experience doing decorations, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

"Bad experience with Cox & Cox"

My daughter paid for chairs with this dreadful company and when delivered they were the wrong colour. When my daughter informed them they didn’t t want to know and they still haven’t collected the chairs and refunded their money
My daughter has just had a baby and this is really upsetting her, these Hugh boxes are taking up such a lot of space and e Mail’s and telephone calls to cox & cox have not been acknowledged
I would definitely NOT recommend this company because when there is a problem they do t want to know. They,of course, still have by my daughters money .

"Perfect Christmas tree ! "

I ordered a 4ft indoor/outdoor Christmas tree and I’m delighted with it. The quality is excellent and it lives up to my expectations. It certainly looks real, packaged well and delivered fairly quickly. The only negative feedback is that I paid for ‘next day’ delivery and it took 3 days mainly due to the poor service from DHL.

"Really disappointed with lack of transparency and poor communication "

Placed an order for some Christmas items on 18.11.24, delivery time said 3-5 working days. Over a week goes by so I contact them via email, no response for 3 days. Then got a reply to say they would escalate and make my order a priority. Another week goes by and order status still says ‘In picking’. So I chase yet again and at this point have had no response. 3 weeks since the order and still not even dispatched. Really disappointed as I have previously loved items from this company, but they cannot seem to cope with the demand and the £5.95 fee is not reasonable if they cannot deliver even remotely close to the given time frame.

"Flawless customer service "

Jenna provided absolutely incredible customer service when processing a return for us. Very impressed - couldn't fault the handling from start to finish. Experiences like this reassure me that I can trust Cox & Cox and we will definitely purchase from them again in future as a result.

"Damaged goods, no communication"

Christmas ornaments received damaged, poor packaging, no bubble wrap. Emailed a week ago, no response, emailed Tuesday no response. Poor communication and price of items not cheap to receive damaged.
Reading recent reviews, seems a lot of people having similar issue, used to be a good company to buy from. I would not use again or recommend if I don’t get a response asap.
**UPDATE** received an email from Cox and Cox offering me a credit note, which I have refused as I have damaged goods and shouldn’t have to make a further purchase to get my money back in goods that aren’t damaged.

CURRENTLY HAVE A MAJOR ISSUE -DO NOT PLACE AN XMAS ORDER. Have used this company in the past and they have been great. But I ordered 3 Christmas things from them two weeks ago and nothing. They are not answering emails, phone or webchat. Something has obviously gone very very wrong

Update 10th Dec - thanks for the response - still haven’t received any contact from you and no change to the status of my order if you do want to help my order no is 001966353.

Update 11th Dec - I received a reply promising for it to be dispatched in next 48hrs

Update 14th Dec - 72 hrs later and still not dispatched now 18 days since I ordered - no point in Christmas decorations after Christmas . I’m really surprised at just how poor the service has been

"A damaged item was delivered and…"

A damaged item was delivered and despite sending emails with photos, leaving messages on the ‘chat’ facility and trying to get through on the phone, there is no response. All I want is confirmation that they agree the tree is damaged before I return it but despite posting reply times none of my communications have been replied to, so disappointing and frustrating,
