"Placed order in November"

Placed order in November. Chased twice by email and have been assured that items will be dispatched within 24 hours. Still nothing and item shows awaiting pick on tracking.

"Two failed deliveries"

Two failed deliveries, promise of return of phone calls not fulfilled, no response to on line chat. Not sure what is going on with this company and, if it is the case that Cox and Cox do not have the item in stock for delivery, I would rather that it advised me of this. I will be requesting an urgent refund.

"UPDATE 2 : Still very Frustrating & very very poor service!!!!"

UPDATE 2: I finally was able to through to customer service telephone line - Dara assured me he would personally ensure my delivery would be dispatched and should arrive before Christmas ... which it now has! Thank you Dara. However, next year C & C really need to be prepared for christmas. Upped stars - but only by 1 - was a very frustrating experience - but with a happy ending. UPDATE: Despite having received the comment below from Cox & Cox and suppling the information requested. I STILL HAVE RECEIVED ZERO UPDATE ON MY ORDER DISPACTH!! Just not good enough - tried the customer services number again - left another message. Seems here is the only way to contact cox & cox!! So poor ! No idea if my order is going to arrive - over two and a half weeks now. Seriously think twice before ordering from this company.

Order was easy to place - have many cox & cox products. However, on this occasion i have not received delivery information on an order made over 2 weeks ago - I have emailed 3 times, called customer service, tried the chat bot, used the contact form from website - HEARD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Very poor indeed and i have no idea if my order is going to arrive. I would normally recommend this company - but do not order from them.

"What has happened to this company"

What has happened to this company? I have ordered Christmas items from them for several years and always received good service (including the time a delivery was lost and the cost was refunded without question). I am not sure what has happened this year but there has been zero customer service - no updates to notify of the delay to the order and emails are unanswered. I spent 10 minutes listening to the phone ring. I left a message but no call back.

"FRAUD! Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS!"

FRAUD! Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS! I ordered 2 christmas trees and eventually (after many delays) received my package and it only contained 1 tree! They have ignored all my emails and nobody ever answers the telephone lines. I've filed a chargeback dispute with my credit card company. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!

I had ordered the wrong item. Spoke with Kevin in customer service who was absolutely brilliant in reordering the correct item without fuss. He has also remained in contact overseeing the delivery process.
Customer Services don't come any better

"Nice products but I would not order…"

Nice products but I would not order again - the customer service is shocking.
Ordered items in September and they weren’t delivered until December after I followed up multiple times with no proactive updates provided by Cox & Cox.
Then, when DHL finally delivered the parcel, they left it outside my front door and it got stolen (despite me not providing approval for that). I live on a busy street in London. When I asked that they raise this issue with DHL, Cox & Cox have said I need to raise this with the police.

"Oh dear! Terrible experience"

Oh dear, reading some of the reviews it does not look very likely that I will receive my Christmas garlands before Christmas.
I have just spoken with a lady after attempting to speak with someone for days! She tells me they have not been sent out yet and does not know when they will be sent to DHL. She informed me Cox and Cox are experiencing long delays as it's Christmas 🎄!!
