"Product quality is generally good, delivery times not so!"

Product quality is generally good. The problem is in delivery time following an order being placed. We made an order for some Christmas items for our village and these have not yet been delivered and no word of explanation from the company as to why. A shame as the company do sell good products, but why can they not sort out their deliveries I ask?

"This is my first time using Cox & Cox…"

This is my first time using Cox & Cox but it will also be my last. Very poor service. A broken item delivered and an item never delivered. One month later and I am still waiting for my refund of £115 and no response from cox and cox as to when I might receive it. I would advise people to think twice before making any purchases with cox & cox

"Awful Customer Service."

Like many recent comments here , it seems that there are real problems getting items ordered. Ordered on 2nd Dec. Still showing as awaiting pick. Tried emails, online chat, phone calls , messages to get an update and nothing.
Customer service is appalling. Looks like I won’t be using Cox and Cox again.

"Hopeless"

The products, so far as I am able to judge on what I've purchased, are of good quality, and for the quality, reasonably priced. The end-to-end purchase experience is awful. They cannot seem to enable a basic website transaction, and the customer service team's responsiveness and ownership is mixed at best. Been waiting three days, and still waiting, for anything resembling confirmation of the order. Phoning C&C's customer service is at best a random walk. Some of the individuals to whom you speak are genuinely engaged in trying to find solutions to problems - problems which any retailer with a competent order fulfilment engine wouldn't create in the first place! - but other agents show little interest in doing more than maintaining basic civility.

Now made upwards of 20 calls to C&C Customer Services, without any answer. Have to wonder if it sis still trading. Regardless, if my experience and those of others recently as posted in the reviews are emblematic of how it treats customers, it won't be trading for long.

"Awful company"

Awful company. Paid for next day delivery, over a week later my parcel arrives completely damaged. Reached out to customer services but no response. Luckily paid through klarna who will protect my purchase.

"Upset customer "

Sadly I placed an order on 29th November. I have not received my order yet or an update. There has been no reply to my emails. Live chat is not responding at all. Why have live chat if there is nobody manning it.
I have tried to call and the line just rings out.
I have ordered before and not had a problem. Please could you kindly be in touch. It is Christmas time and you are taking peoples orders and not fulfilling your orders or in the very least communicating. There are endless upset customers on all of your social media sites. Please can I have an update?

"Please do not buy from Cox and Cox!!!"

Cox and Cox are now owned by Giomani Designs who are breaching the consumer rights act.

I contacted them to request a refund before my order was dispatched. They acknowledged my request and instead offered me an extra £20 in store credit which I declined. Overnight they then dispatched my item saying that I’d have to return it once it arrived! I immediately contacted the courier to ask them to return the item without delivering and they (DHL) were brilliant.

17/12 Update: over a few days Cox and Cox frustratingly tried to offer me varying amounts of credit (up to £60) to keep the item despite it having been returned. I tried calling to speak to someone other than Taimoor but it just went to answerphone. They then stopped responding to emails and messages so I contacted my bank to investigate.

Update 24/12: I finally got a refund but I fear it was only because I complained on social media and sites such as this. I could have done without all this stress at Christmas when other reputable companies would have just refunded right away. Sadly I do not recommend Cox and Cox.

"Order made on the 23rd November & still…"

Order made on the 23rd November & still not received my order. I have left messages on their website and emailed and again zero response. I then called and was hold for 30 minutes before I finally got through to a human who advised me 'issues with their warehouse' and I should receive my order in 2 to 3 days, I am not holding my breath on that one! Why take people's money and state that you have stock when you are unable to deliver in timely manner? My order is just some Christmas lights etc very poor indeed. I ordered some items from The White Company today and within a few hours my order was sent with a tracking number, Be careful ordering from Cox & Cox as clearly something is not right & very poor service!

"Goods have not arrived and cannot contact customer service"

I ordered a runner / rug in November. I received a call from the courier company (Premier Delivery) to confirm the delivery date and I also received a text from them to confirm the expected time of delivery. I was home for the whole duration and the item did not arrive. I contacted the courier who came straight back and said they would contact Cox & Cox, but I have had no contact from either company since.

For the past week I have attempted to call, email and live chat with Cox and Cox customer service on many occasions for an update but to no avail. I appreciate it is a busy time of year but it is as if there is no one in their customer service department.

I am very concerned as I also ordered some furniture last week but based on this experience, I want to cancel the order - they have processed the payment but I cannot contact anyone in customer service!
