I have not received my order as yet. It may have been 9/10 days, however no response from my email or the virtual assistant on their site. I can not find a phone number to contact them directly.

"Shocking customer service"
I placed an order for Christmas lights and decorations on 1 December for our forthcoming party. The order confirmation stated that I would be contacted regarding delivery within 3~4 days. Since then I've heard nothing, despite emailing them and submitting an online query. Their customer service team is either useless or they're dealing with too many queries because of all the issues. I had the same problem previously and should have learned my lesson. I don't know how this company survives.

Ordered a Christmas garland. I opted for a more expensive one at £25. I paid £8.50 for next working day delivery on the 6th December. It arrived today the 11th and the quality is SHOCKING!!
It’s like a series of twigs tied together with some glitter!

"An item from an order had gone astray…"
An item from an order had gone astray so I emailed customer services and received no reply so I phoned, having taken some time to find a phone number to call. It took two attempts and a wait to get through on the phone but once I was through Dara worked hard to sort out the problem. I had decided to cancel the order, but he persuaded me to persevere and persuaded his manager to authorise a better compensation so he turned a very negative experience into a positive one.

How on earth are people giving Cox and Cox 5 star customer service reviews ?? There is literally no way of getting hold of their customer services. Before you make a purchase on their website, try and find a way to contact them - no email, no telephone number, customer help function that no one responds to. Check it out before you make a purchase, because it will be too late afterwards...............

Dreadful Service - twice!
I ordered a door mat in September, the website did say that there was a delay until October, I decided I was willing to wait. When it did not arrive I tried to contact the company unsuccessfully many times. The doormat turned up last week. Again gave them the benefit of the doubt. Ordered a Christmas tree that arrived damaged, I managed to speak to someone on Sunday who told me to send a video of the faulty tree which I did immediately. I was promised a reply with 48 hours. 3 days later .. no reply .. not answering phone, telephone message or online chat or emails. I will never use this company again.

"outdoor light up tree stood strong!"
just wanted to say that our black indoor outdoor light up tree SKU 1026771 (which is outside) has withstood storm Darrah with 80mph winds amazingly well and is still standing! It swayed but did not fall, and it stayed lit too. I bought it in 2020 and it is still going strong!
