I have shopped with Cox and Cox for many years. The products are generally beautiful, but delivery times and customer service are not.
I placed an order for some outdoor Christmas lights on 5/12 for an event on tomorrow 14/12. I received an email to acknowledge my oder and then nothing.
Like everyone else having issues, they do not answer emails, customer chat or phone.
I have just spoken with someone now after having to call twice just today as I was promised a call back. Evidently they have a new system so orders have been delayed.They have promised to send the lights by DHL on next day delivery. Will see what happens.
Not acceptable at all.

"Shockingly bad service"

Shockingly bad service! Ordered two pendants and had to fight with DHL delivery driver to give me both as Cox sent them on one tracking number and not two. Then when unpacked looked ok so have put up and they are different. One glass is thick the other thin, so give off different hues plus one is wonky in housing too so won’t sit straight. Aris lights. Have tried to call 3 times, live chat, email and submit a ticket to no avail. Electrician taking down Monday and returning despite no answer from anyone at Cox. Disgusting service.

"Absolutely disappointed!"

Absolutely disappointed!! Always have a real tree at Christmas and this year to make life a little simpler I finally decided to get an artificial one. Ordered from cox and cox and love their things and now wish I hadn’t. We are still waiting for it to be delivered!! There is no communication, I have emailed and rung and now not sure what to do. Two very disappointed children and one very annoyed mum who are waiting for the tree. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered it!!

"TOTAL SCAM"

TOTAL SCAM! Placed an order for Xmas gifts over two weeks ago with a 3-5 day delivery time. Like others have said, the items are still ‘Awaiting Pick’. I’ve emailed customer service three times with no response.

What’s worse is the pre-canned, copy and paste, customer service team response to comments on this platform. It just shows you how little this conpany really cares about its customers.

I’ll save you the trouble for my order, the reference number is #001972527 so you now have all you need to sort this out! I won’t hold my breathe!

No tree has arrived or even sign of dispatch called twice empty promises we have no Christmas tree.
Pretty brochure completely inadequate delivery and customer service.

"Extremely slow delivery "

UPDATE: item arrived on 17th December.

Ordered a Christmas garland in November and it still hasn’t arrived. I wanted it to be here for the month of December when I have my decorations up but it’s already halfway through the month so it’s getting to the stage of being pointless. I paid a very high amount for this item and am extremely disappointed that it’s been nearly a month and still no item. Customer services promised it would be despatched by this week but I’ve not heard anything and the tracking shows it hasn’t even left the warehouse yet. Won’t be buying from them again.

I have been in touch seven times requesting a replacement light-up star because the timer doesn’t work. I have been asked to send a picture, which I did. After not hearing anything again, I have sent several emails. Now I have been asked to send a video …
I have bought several items. I just want a replacement item for something that doesn’t work properly.

"Customer service is diabolical"

Customer service is diabolical. Ordered 3 items on Sept 26 for £169which was immediately banked in Cox & Cox coffers. Not told the items were out of stock & would not be delivered till late November. On delivery a shade did not fit the lamp & the third item was missing - subsequently told it was not available till Feb '25. I wanted to return the two items and have a full refund but was repeatedly fobbed off. At my insistence the two items were eventually returned. Imagine my frustration & anger when I saw that my account has been credited with only £60.00, when the sum I paid Cox & Cox last September was £169! Where's my money Cox & Cox?
